We offer a variety of pricing plans. The marketing fee for all plans is 50% of one month’s rent and then you add the percentages of gross rents below. If all you want is a qualified tenant and then you manage the property yourself going forward, one of our Lease Only plans is the solution. Or if you’d like us to handle absolutely everything, choose one of our Full-Service plans. With our system, you can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

Our Lease Only plans are the solution when you want a qualified tenant without the hassle. We will advertise and show your property and then thoroughly screen applicants to fill your rental property with a quality tenant and then you manage the tenant/property going forward.

Leasing prices are based on the percentage of one year’s annual rent.

We don’t want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away - leaving you with an empty property, no rent, and the expense of finding a new tenant. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your property in less than six months, we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.

Rented in 29 Days Plan

We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your property in 29 days or less (when following the recommendations of your Real Property Management team), you will receive a discount on your first month’s management fee.
